What you will do Process payroll accurately using Pastel Payroll. Manage debtors and creditors with Pastel Accounting / QuickBooks. Reconcile accounts and maintain clean, accurate records. Prepare payment batches and perform EFTs via FNB Business Online. Handle monthly payroll submissions and reports (UIF, PAYE, EMP). Liaise with suppliers and customers on outstanding payments. Ensure timely payments and correct allocations. What we are looking for 2–3+ years’ experience in payroll & bookkeeping. Proficient in Pastel Payroll, Pastel Accounting, QuickBooks. Comfortable with FNB Business Online. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and reconciliation skills.
