Our client, a reputable automotive dealership in Bloemfontein, is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing vehicle service appointments, providing accurate cost estimates, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. They will liaise with workshop technicians, monitor service progress, and maintain detailed records of all service activities. Additionally, the candidate will identify opportunities to upsell relevant products and services while resolving customer queries and complaints professionally.
