Industry Not for profit and charities Partnerships and Fundraising Establish partnerships to drive sustainability initiatives within the not-for-profit sector. Support fundraising efforts through ESG-related projects and proposals. Candidate Profile A successful ESG Manager should have : A strong understanding of ESG principles and sustainability practices within the not-for-profit sector. Proven experience in developing and executing ESG strategies. Must be willing to commute within Johannesburg. Excellent analytical and reporting skills with an ability to interpret complex data. Effective communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving. Familiarity with relevant regulations and frameworks in sustainability and ESG. A degree or professional qualification in a related field is preferred.
