To be responsible for all client contact via e‑mail, telephone, and walk‑in, delivering high‑quality, accurate, and client‑focused service. Key Outcomes Ensure the highest level of client service for internal staff, IFA’s, and investors. Assist clients with investment administration queries. Provide investment and product information to IFA’s and investors. Deliver work of the highest quality and accuracy, meeting both internal and external expectations and error‑free. Participate in ad‑hoc client services projects. Qualifications and Experience Matric / Grade 12 Relevant financial qualification preferred. 3 years finance or investment industry experience essential. Microsoft CRM experience essential. Minimum 1–2 years Call Centre or Customer Service experience.
