We are seeking an experienced Agile Master to join our team. As an Agile Master, you will be responsible for leading agile teams to deliver high-quality software products. You will facilitate agile ceremonies, coach team members on agile practices, and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of agile methodologies and excellent communication skills. ESSENTIAL SKILLS: Ability to manage and steer a Team to deliver on time with the required quality and to run high performingDevOps Team(s) using the teams specific hybrid Agile methodology.Strong technical background with solid skills in Java SpringBoot, Angular, SQL, Kafka, MQ, AWS, execution ofLinux commands.Strong operational management capabilities including incident management and troubleshooting, operationalprocesses and lifecycle management.Proficient in Agile Methadology, JIRA, Confuence.Strong administrative skills so as to correctly set up planning, reviews and retrospectives, status reporting andso on.Proven experience in a strong leadership capacity with excellent emotional intelligence.ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS: A technical development background in the technology stack used (Angular, Springboot, Java, Posgres) isideal.Project Management experienceAWM (Agile Working Model)
