About the Role A Senior Credit Controller is responsible for leading credit control activities to ensure timely collection of receivables, minimize bad debt, and support healthy cash flow. Key Responsibilities Cash Collections & Maintaining AGE Analysis (Healthy DSOs) Minimize Bad Debt and Increase Cash Flow Investigating and Resolving Queries Debtors Reconciliations Daily Cash Receipting with remittance advice Credit Notes & Journals Preparations and Applications Liaising with Client and 3rd Party's to resolve account dispute speedily Meeting KPA Targets Collections to Hand Over Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor/manager Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures Education and/or Work Experience Requirements Grade 12 + with a Diploma in Credit Management At least 5‑10 years’ experience as Corporate Credit Controller Strong understanding of credit control or accounts receivable management Must have managed a book value of R300m+ with various legal entities & Foreign currencies Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Other Accounting Software (MS Office, AX) Attention to Detail and High level of accuracy Powerfleet is an equal opportunity employer.
