About the Position We are thrilled to announce a new opening for a highly skilled Service Advisor for our Nelspruit, Mpumalanga branch, to join our team. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Advisor (Technical Savvy) to act as the technical product specialist liaison between customers and service technicians, ensuring excellent customer service. The Company encourages all designated groups to apply. Responsibilities Consult with repair technicians regarding necessary repairs and possible alternatives. Use knowledge of products and services to provide information about available parts and service options. Answer questions about service outcomes, schedule and book appointments. Provide customers with information and advice on warranty protections and cost savings. Manage and oversee the repairs division workflow and schedule. Call customers to advise them on pick‑up times. Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business. Desired Skills & Qualifications Technical knowledge of tools and machinery (wide range of power tools, welding machines, compressors, small machinery, petrol & diesel engines, generators). Excellent communication skills with customers at all levels. Detail oriented. Proficient in reading and writing English. Highly motivated and able to liaise with customers. Knowledge of mechanical systems. Proven work experience as a Service Advisor or similar role. Strong understanding of repairs and maintenance of tools and machinery. Work Hours & Compensation Working Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00 and Saturday 08:00 – 15:00. Salary: Negotiable with benefits available.
