As a skilled and experienced logistics professional, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our branch. Your primary focus will be on ensuring efficient collection and delivery services, maintaining customer satisfaction, and driving the overall performance and profitability of the branch. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage dispatch, deliveries, and collections to ensure timely and efficient service. Lead and motivate staff to achieve operational excellence and meet key performance indicators (KPIs). Monitor and improve branch performance through effective resource management and operational improvements. Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues promptly and professionally. Implement and enforce company policies, health & safety standards, and operational procedures to ensure compliance and minimize risk. Prepare and manage budgets, reports, and forecasts for the branch to drive business growth and inform strategic decision-making. Requirements Minimum of 5 years' experience in logistics or transport operations at a management level. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Sound knowledge of logistics systems, routing, and delivery operations. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Putter literate with proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.
