About the Role The HEINEKEN Company is looking for aSenior Analytics Translatorto join its AME Analytics Hub, a center of excellence dedicated to unlocking growth through data science, machine learning, and advanced analytics. This leadership role acts as the strategic link between business leaders and technical experts, ensuring that complex data is transformed into impactful business solutions. As Senior Analytics Translator, you will oversee a portfolio of analytics products from concept through to implementation, while driving adoption across multiple markets. This is a high-impact role requiring business acumen, technical understanding, and strong communication skills to align stakeholders and deliver measurable value. Key Responsibilities Analytics Product Strategy & Development Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of advanced analytics products such as demand forecasting, pricing optimization, and customer segmentation tools. Define product vision and roadmap, aligning initiatives with business objectives and ROI. Partner with functions including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to identify analytics-driven opportunities. Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Guide cross-functional Agile / Scrum teams to deliver high-quality product increments. Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations to maintain a cutting-ed portfolio. Analytics Deployment & Stakeholder Engagement Act as the key bridge between senior business stakeholders and analytics teams, ensuring clarity and buy-in across functions and regions. Drive change management strategies to embed analytics into business processes and maximize adoption. Design and deliver training, communication, and enablement materials for end-users. Track product performance with KPIs to demonstrate business impact and support continuous improvement. Qualifications & Experience Required Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 5+ years' experience in product management, analytics, consulting, or technology, with proven success in managing data-driven projects. Strong background in product lifecycle management in Agile environments. Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders across multiple regions. Demonstrated ability to turn complex business challenges into scalable analytics solutions. Skilled in stakeholder engagement, project management, and cross-functional leadership. Preferred (Nice to Have) Hands-on experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, or machine learning (SQL, Python, R). Industry experience in FMCG, retail, or supply chain analytics. Knowledge of modern cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), MLOps, and data governance. Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik. Certifications in Product Management (CSPO, AIPMM) or Agile (ScrumMaster). #J-18808-Ljbffr
