Overview Villa Manager - Grahamstown Responsibilities Manage all villa operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest satisfaction. Supervise and lead villa staff, including housekeepers, chefs, and other team members. Oversee reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and handle guest inquiries or complaints efficiently. Ensure timely maintenance and repairs to keep the property in pristine condition. Manage budgets, inventory, and supply orders for the villa. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed. Maintain excellent communication with guests to anticipate and meet their needs. Implement and uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards. Qualifications Proven experience as a Villa Manager, Hospitality Manager, or similar role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
