Manage inventory levels, coordinate stock deliveries, and ensure accurate stock records. Supervise point-of-sale transactions, daily cash-ups, and banking. Maintain store presentation, merchandising, and cleanliness standards. Liaise with head office on procurement, reporting, and compliance matters. Support academic calendar demands, including textbook cycles and student outreach. Ensure adherence to company policies, conduct rules, and customer service protocols. Prepare weekly sales reports and staff schedules.
