Main Purpose of the Job To manage the financial department and all related processes to ensure effective management of hospital revenue and expenses, and oversee the quality of outcomes of the different supportive services departments. Key Responsibility Areas Financial management Operational procurement and stock management Asset management Contract and supportive services management Risk management Lead and manage the people in the team Required Education Essential: Degree or equivalent qualification within finance, business, or accounting. Desired: Accountant or Chartered Accountant. Required Experience Essential: 5 years of financial experience; 3-5 years of managerial or supervisory experience. Desired: 5 years of financial administration manager experience within the hospital/healthcare industry. Required Job Skills and Knowledge Computer literate (Microsoft Office) Contract and service level agreement (SLA) management Cost Control (including petty cash) Financial management (financial statement interpretation, budgeting and financial planning, Return on Investment) Financial risk management Project Management Relevant statutory and legislative guidelines and requirements SAP Seniority Level: Mid‑Senior • Employment Type: Full‑time • Function: Finance #J-18808-Ljbffr
