With over 30 years of industry expertise, the company is dedicated to delivering customized environmental, health, and safety (EHS) products. Together, M3SH and its Distributors aim to set the standard for effective risk management for people and productivity. Role Description The Global Certifications Lead will oversee and manage certification processes to ensure compliance with international standards, supporting the development and launch of M3SH products. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include leading audits, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to meet certification requirements, maintaining accurate documentation, and facilitating training sessions for internal and external teams. This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Emalahleni. Requirements 5‑10+ years delivering IECEx/ATEX/CSA/UL certifications Deep IEC 60079 / SANS 60079 series expertise (especially 60079‑0, 60079‑11) Experience with SABS, NRCS, and South African test laboratories Built Ex dossiers and technical files Served as company rep with certification bodies and labs Qualifications Strong analytical skills to assess complex data and ensure compliance with certification standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams, clients, and stakeholders effectively. Experience in conducting audits and supporting certification‑related processes. Proficiency in training team members and stakeholders on certification requirements and standards. Solid project management skills to effectively plan, coordinate, and execute certification projects. Proven ability to work with industry standards such as ISO and EHS regulations is a strong advantage. Relevant educational background in engineering, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
