Responsibilities Deliver exceptional IT support to store and office users, addressing hardware, software, POS, and network issues with a strong service orientation. Proactively monitor and maintain endpoints, networks (antivirus, patches, system updates), and servers to ensure optimal performance and security. Lead the installation, configuration, and support of desktops, laptops, POS terminals, and printers across various locations. Manage user accounts, email access, and permissions, ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding processes. Play a key role in IT infrastructure projects, including new store setups, system upgrades, and the rollout of digital solutions. Maintain and update essential IT documentation, such as network diagrams, asset registers, and IT policies (cybersecurity, disaster recovery, backups). Collaborate with external service providers and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective resolution of IT issues and project delivery. Assist in the IT procurement process, from gathering quotes to maintaining an accurate asset register and monitoring equipment lifecycle. #J-18808-Ljbffr
