Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced actuary to join our team as the Short-Term Capital and Reserving Actuarial Head. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the short-term capital and reserving functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic insights to drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain models for short-term capital and reserving requirements. Monitor and analyze trends in claims, reserves, and capital adequacy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk management strategies. Provide expert advice on actuarial matters to senior management and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. Requirements Fellow of the Society of Actuaries or equivalent qualification. Minimum of 5 years of experience in actuarial roles, with a focus on short-term capital and reserving. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
