About Us : We are a UK-based cleaning company , specialising in Residential and End of Tenancy services . As our team grows, we’re looking for a confident and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative to join us remotely and help expand our client base. The Role : As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for converting warm leads into confirmed bookings, building strong client relationships, and helping customers find the right cleaning solutions for their needs. You’ll play a key role in driving business growth through effective communication and sales performance. Key Responsibilities : Engage with warm leads provided by the company and convert them into confirmed bookings. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate cleaning services. Maintain accurate records using CRM tools. Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets. What We Offer : On-target earnings of R25,000 / month , including R8,000 base salary + uncapped commission . 40 days paid leave annually. Supportive and collaborative remote team environment. Opportunities for growth and development in a fast-paced company. Qualifications and Experience : Minimum 2 years’ experience in telesales or direct sales, with a strong performance history. Clear and professional English communication skills, both spoken and written. Able to work independently in a fully remote role. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Resilient under pressure, with the ability to handle rejection and stress calmly. Proven success in phone-based sales, consistently meeting targets. Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with CRM systems for tracking leads and managing sales.
