You'll need grit creativity and serious sourcing game. What you'll be doing : Hunting down top IT contracting talent: Developers Engineers Data Cloud DevOps Integration & more. If the skill is a hard to find role the spec is probably on our desk Building active pipelines of exceptional contractors (active and passive) Mastering Boolean GitHub AI scraping tools and every sourcing trick in the book Turning roles around in 48 hours max Partnering closely with senior recruiters and showing your ability to deliver fast high-quality results Crafting sharp eye-catching job ads and content that attract attention Owning the full sourcing cycle: headhunting screening shortlisting managing pipelines Staying one step ahead of the market and competition always What we're looking for : 5 years proven IT contract recruitment experience (agency background ideal) A genuine passion for IT contracting and working at pace A passion and proven track record in finding IT contract staff Proven track record placing high-quality contractors fast Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn GitHub Boolean search & alternative channels Resilient resourceful and thrives under pressure Excellent communication admin & ad-writing skills Confident working in a small fast-paced delivery-driven team Comfortable using AI and market intelligence tools daily I am not wanting someone looking to do Internal reccrutment Why join us Because this isn't your typical recruitment job.
