Role Description Senior Content Moderator – Full‑time on‑site role located in the City of Cape Town. The Senior Content Moderator will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user‑generated content to ensure it aligns with company guidelines. Daily tasks include evaluating content, providing feedback and training to junior moderators, and ensuring adherence to community guidelines. Additionally, the role involves handling customer service inquiries related to content issues and collaborating with technical support to resolve any content‑related problems. Qualifications Excellent Analytical Skills and the ability to evaluate content effectively Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Technical Support and proficiency in handling technical content issues Proven ability in Training and providing feedback to team members Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of content quality Ability to work on‑site in City of Cape Town Previous experience in a content moderation role is preferred Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
