Sales Business Development Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client visits. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers to achieve and exceed sales targets. Present, promote, and sell products using solid sales techniques to existing and prospective customers. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive long-term business growth. Understand customer needs, provide appropriate solutions, and address any concerns in a timely manner. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximise revenue. Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Market Sales Strategy Execution Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Develop and execute sales plans in alignment with company objectives. Collaborate with the sales team and management to refine sales strategies and improve performance. Track sales performance, analyse trends, and adjust approaches as needed to optimise results. Reporting Analytics Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business transactions using the company s CRM system. Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Sales Director. Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. Provide feedback and recommendations to improve sales processes and customer engagement. Collaboration Operational Efficiency Work closely with internal departments (customer service, stores, front office) to streamline sales processes. Attend team meetings, training sessions, and sales events to stay updated on company developments and market trends.
