Field Sales and Strategic Account Sales Representative Join to apply for the Field Sales and Strategic Account Sales Representative role at Bayer Job Purpose To achieve budget sales and profitability results through the effective roll out of strategies for Retail / IDP Pharmacies and Pharmacy groups, in line with the Bayer Consumer strategy. Develop and implement plans to assist customers to grow and achieve sales targets. Ensure maximum brand exposure through promotion and business activities as per the marketing plan. Analyze sales and customer activity data to monitor progress against objectives and communicate information to Sales Manager and Brand team; implement corrective action where necessary. Manage Co Op spend budgets with key customers to ensure maximum return on investment. Ensure continued and improved customer relationships. Plan sales and detailing calls through Repwise. Measure and achieve call coverage and frequency. Timely feedback reports submitted to the HCP Detail and Training Manager. Attend trade displays and presentations, which may involve after hours and weekends when required. Take accountability for enhancing personal knowledge through ongoing research and reading. Life Sciences or Health Sciences qualification is an advantage. Experience in Pharmaceutical is essential. Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Pharmacy OTC and/or Pharmacy Groups /Key Accounts. Experience within a multinational Pharma company preferred. Strong detailing/training skills, negotiation skills, presentation skills. Good communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and team player. Excellent customer relationships. Analytical skills and ability to work within budgets. Strong computer skills (MS Office).
