Job Description The purpose of this role is to search for additional opportunities (dealers) in the market and drive sales through promoting the Bosch power tools brand. The main goal is to establish additional potential in the market with new and smaller dealers, focusing on the Mpumalanga area. The rep will be responsible for several dealers in an allocated area and for maintaining the relationship and service level of existing Bosch clients (dealers) as well as increasing sales and maintaining the Bosch representation in store as per client and business objectives. Duties & Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (not a full list): Turnover growth with current dealers. Setup additional new dealers in each allocated region. Organize dealer and user events (demonstration of Bosch tools). Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to the client and iRam CRM. Weekly meetings with Bosch management and ASM. Payment collection and dealing with existing Bosch PT dealers. Register dealers on the Bosch PT B2B portal. Maintain and build supplier and client relationships. Manage brand presence in store as per client objectives and ensure brand is correctly displayed and visible. Drive new product lines in store. Negotiate space and set‑ups where required. Deliver in clients marketing requests and activations. Ensure client objectives are reached and meet sales and new business targets. Additional details: Where complete regions are handled by the agency (Durban SC & Mossel Bay area), existing Bosch dealers will be taken over for regular servicing (visits, promo & growth discussions, after sales service, etc.). Daily alignment of reps' tasks with ESP. Monthly reports shared with Bosch PT. Create weekly planners and give daily feedback of trade activity to line manager to identify gaps. Weekly meetings between Bosch and appointed sales reps. Weekly meetings between sales rep and iRam internal stakeholders. Payment collection support from dealers might be needed (reminders on open payments, discussion of payment plans). Bosch PT runs a B2B online portal which is accessible to all customers and the agency is expected to get all customers to sign up and use the B2B portal. The agency's team will also get access to the portal and provide add‑on services to clients on a case‑by‑case basis. Ensure all CRM / KAMS are kept in constant communication with ad‑hoc requests to manage expectations effectively and attend client training sessions as needed. Desired Experience & Qualification Sales experience – minimum of 2 years in a similar industry (power tools sales/retail/merchandising/hardware). Customer Service – 2 years (preferred).
