Overview Develop and maintain a comprehensive wine list that reflects the diverse tastes and preferences of our guests. Source and purchase high-quality wines from reputable suppliers On Board Cruise Ship . Provide exceptional wine service to guests in the dining and bar areas. Train and supervise other crew members in wine service techniques. Conduct wine tastings and educational sessions for guests. Maintain inventory and ensure proper storage and handling of wines. Create and maintain relationships with wine vendors and suppliers. Collaborate with the culinary team to create wine pairing menus. Monitor and control costs related to the wine program. Stay updated on industry trends and developments in the world of wine. Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations.
