Drive strategic effectiveness of Group Conduct Risk reporting and continually enhance scope, content and format of reports. Leverage data‑driven capabilities to understand, analyze and interpret trends in complex data sets, especially customer complaints and sentiment analysis. Gather, analyse and compile information from various business functions into a comprehensive Client Responsibility Chapter of the integrated Society report. Project‑management capability to deliver complex projects effectively. Job Responsibilities Strong problem‑solving skills, with experience in improving processes and automation. Execution skills and ability to design and implement effective solutions under tight deadlines. Continually enhance data processes and coordinate automation of manual data sources; maintain electronic archives of all reporting documentation. Keep abreast of local and international conduct‑risk data analysis methods, trends and tools. Manage retention and succession of key staff to sustain the pipeline and ensure appropriate conduct‑risk managers are appointed. Identify career‑progression opportunities to improve personal capability and stay up‑to‑date with field developments. Understand and embrace the Nedbank vision, demonstrating values through interaction with team and stakeholders. Maintain and enhance Group Conduct risk owned policies, including rating methodology, systems and automation. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement data‑driven strategies and improve overall business performance. Ensure data accuracy and consistency, creating comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders. Provide value‑added support services, advice and solutions; communicate regularly with stakeholders within turnaround times. Maximise effectiveness of the conduct‑risk reporting framework by meeting operational standards and ensuring straight‑through processing. Produce and deliver information following the conduct‑risk methodology by analysing, calculating and compiling data as required by regulators and stakeholders. Deliver accurate and insightful consolidated reports to internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective conduct‑risk monitoring and integration across risk types. Drive strategic effectiveness of reporting and committees, ensuring best practice and researching new approaches. Facilitate effective use of data sources and reporting tools, investigating and resolving discrepancies and anomalies. Co‑ordinate or provide high‑quality, objective quantitative and qualitative analysis of data for board committees. Oversight of reports and board committee processes, ensuring adherence to Group Policies, regulatory requirements and corporate governance principles. Maintain and enhance Group Conduct risk owned policies, including rating methodology, systems and automation. Minimum Experience Level 3–7 years of Risk Management experience. Experience in Conduct Risk exposure. Reporting and people‑management experience. Knowledge of governance and regulatory frameworks. Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills. Exposure to data analysis tools and techniques. Programming knowledge (Microsoft PowerApps, SAS) an advantage. Essential Qualifications – NQF Level Professional Qualifications/Honours Degree Preferred Qualification Postgraduate Degree in Risk Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
