CIL and AOL documents are to be checked prior to submitting to the brokerc. 3rd party and customer claims are to be prioritizedd. Litigation claims are to be prioritizedAll incidents both major and minor are to be dealt withHandle all 3rd party and customer incidentsProcess recoveries to Bryte for major incidents and handle minor recoveries internallyHandle all non-Isometrix and pre-acquisition mattersHandle all current litigation mattersDriver scoringComplete and submit driver scoring as and when requested by the Corporate Communications ManagerRoot Cause Analysis ScheduleComplete and maintain the RCA schedule and data is to be submitted quarterly for RTMS purposesISO Commitment to taking a lead role to ensure world class progression. To ensure that the Business Management System is maintained within your department / division. Matric plus relevant qualification5-6 Years in Logistics related Insurance environment 2-3 Years in ManagementExtensive knowledge of Insurance Management and claims processes.Sound understanding of business and transport related legislation. Insurance acumen.Isometrix Software.Highly developed negotiation skills.Strong ability to interpret numerical and written information.Highly developed communication skills to persuade and influence.Highly developed interpersonal and EQ skills to network, including sensitivity to diversity Critical thinking skills to analyse and diagnose requirements and solve relatively complex problems.Ability to effectively document facts, chart information visually and write reportsComputer literacy and MS Office skills.Technology and systems skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
