Position Overview As a Project Engineer at ProProcess you will be at the forefront of project excellence collaborating closely with our skilled Project Managers and Engineers. Your role will encompass a range of responsibilities including: Championing technical brilliance throughout every phase of project implementation. Playing a pivotal role in design contribution and meticulous production of project documentation. Managing equipment specifications and selections within project boundaries. Actively engaging with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure flawless project execution. Upholding meticulous records and reports to keep projects on track. To excel in this role we seek individuals with A National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. 2-8 years of hands-on experience in project engineering, ideally within capital equipment or process industries. Key Requirements Technical Engineering: Prepare and maintain project documentation including drawings, specifications, schedules, and reports. Contribute to technical excellence of the project in engineering deliverable development. Equipment specifications adjudication and selections in line with project requirements, quality and budget. Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors and vendors to ensure seamless project execution, particularly at construction/assembly phase. Conduct regular fabrication site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as needed. Proven experience in project engineering, preferably in the capital equipment or process industry. Strong technical background with knowledge of engineering principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with suppliers and team members. Solid organizational and time management abilities with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
