INTRODUCTION The In-house Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for all hiring needs across the organization. This role is a key member of the HR department and acts as a strategic partner to operational departments, ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality talent acquisition that aligns with business objectives. Duties & Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle including job scoping, advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination. Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. Talent Sourcing: Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels including internal databases, job boards, social media, and employee referrals. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Reporting & Analytics: Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring activity, time-to-fill, and other KPIs. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, labour legislation, and best practices. Employer Branding: Support initiatives that promote the organization as an employer of choice internally and externally. Experience & Qualification Tertiary level qualification related to Administration, HR or Psychology (NQF Level 6 or higher). 5 Years dedicated Recruitment experience (Preferably in Manufacturing / Engineering environment). Experience working with recognised ATS for at least 2 years. Understanding and exposure to Employer Branding and Recruitment legislation / Best Practices.
