Introduction We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. This role is responsible for aligning, visualizing, and interpreting performance across the organization and its subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will create dynamic dashboards and reports based on Key Performance Areas (KPAs), interpret trends from multiple data sources, and assess how they align with business objectives. Duties & Responsibilities Develop, validate, and maintain accurate data reports and dashboards Continuously improve reporting processes and systems Support data warehouse performance and report server functionality Translate business unit KPAs into dynamic and meaningful reports Analyse performance trends and provide actionable insights Reconcile and report on data from multiple internal systems Research and implement best practices in business intelligence and reporting Stay up to date with and deploy the latest BI tools and methodologies Assist in preparing data for financial valuations Develop and maintain acquisition and performance scorecards Ensure Board Pack is ready by the 7th of each month Deliver daily reports for executive management (EXCO) Reconcile active debit orders against active client accounts Ensure collection data is reconciled accurately with financial records Desired Experience & Qualification Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst in a data-driven environment, preferably within the Microfinance or Financial Services sector Demonstrated experience working with Power BI to design and maintain reports and dashboards Proficiency in SQL and data analysis using relational databases (e.g., MS SQL Server, MySQL) Experience in interpreting business requirements and translating them into data models and visualizations Proven track record in contributing to data warehouse or enterprise reporting system projects Technical Skills Power BI SQL Microsoft Excel Microsoft Visio Package & Remuneration R R per annum #J-18808-Ljbffr
