Dura Equipment Sales is looking for a qualified and experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Assistant proficient in Afrikaans to join our team in the Western Cape. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a trusted and growing brand in the equipment sales industry. Key Responsibilities: Structure and finalize finance deals in line with bank requirements and company policies. Present and promote VAPs (Value Added Products) such as warranties, insurance, and service plans. Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and insurance providers. Ensure full compliance with FAIS, FICA, NCR, and company regulations. Complete and process all deal documentation accurately and timeously. Provide professional financial and insurance guidance to clients. Meet and exceed sales and compliance targets. Requirements: Must be proficient in Afrikaans (essential) Matric / Grade 12 (essential). A source of Identification NCA (National Credit Act) accreditation. FAIS recognized qualification (Full Qualification advantageous). Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as an F&I Manager in the motor, truck, or equipment sales industry. Excellent financial, credit, and insurance product knowledge. Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills. High ethical standards, integrity, and professionalism.
