Our client, a reputable medical centre based in Secunda, is seeking a dedicated and dependable Occupational Health Nursing Practitioner to join their team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting workplace health and safety, with excellent communication, administrative, and organisational skills to effectively deliver occupational health services to clients. Duties and ResponsibilitiesManaging Occupational Health Programmes including medical surveillance and biological monitoringEnhance working relationships and performance management in the clinicImprove existing clinic processes and proceduresClient Relations Management to ensure client satisfaction through seamless service delivery, valuable reporting, prompt response, minimal loss of productivity and reduced turnaround timesPerform clinic administration duties including management reportsEnsure effective document control and record keepingEnsure proper maintenance and improvement of clinics systems and equipmentEnsure cleanliness and hygiene of clinicEnsure quality and standards are maintained and improved where necessaryEnsure compliance with the latest regulations and legislation and company Policies Requirements:Occupational Health Nursing Degree/Diploma or equivalentMust have at least 4 years’ experience in occupational healthCertificate in Spirometry and AudiometryMust be registered with the South African Nursing Council (OHNP qualification)Strong administrative skillsGood presentation skillsExcellent communication skillsExperience in customer and employee relations/managementMust be results orientated and have a drive for improvement/renewalComputer literacy (Word, Excel and Outlook)Professional image and positive attitudeDispensing license/course in dispensing an advantageValid driver’s license Salary Package: Market related – depending on experience Only candidates who meet all the minimum requirements stipulated in the advert, will be considered.
