Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise daily with customers and walk-in clients to address inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Check drivers when loading trucks daily to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare pack sheets for daily deliveries to ensure all items are accounted for.
- Prepare and manage delivery schedules on a daily basis.
- Assist with stock take every Friday and Monday to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure orders are not dispatched if customers are not up to date on their accounts.
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
- Perform general office administrative tasks as needed.
- Knowledge of Pastel accounting software is a plus but not essential.
- Matric
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is a bonus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles is advantageous.
Salary: R8 500.00
Monday Friday: 8 am 4.30 pm
