Requirements:Matric (Grade 12) required; additional qualifications in logistics, inventory management, or finance are advantageous.3+ years experience in a stock control or inventory position within a FMCG, manufacturing, or food production environment.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, data analysis).Exposure to accounts and inventory reconciliation processes is essential.Experience working on ERP systems or stock control software (e.g., Syspro, SAP, Pastel Evolution).Basic understanding of costing, variance analysis, and inventory ledger entries.Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, or other food safety systems.Forklift license or ability to operate stock-handling equipment (beneficial).Excellent attention to detail, numeracy, and problem-solving skills.
