You’ll gain hands-on experience working with top-tier clients, world-class software, and a fast-moving, collaborative team.About the RoleAs a Junior Client Management & Migration Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting the onboarding and technical integration of new clients. You’ll learn how to configure financial systems, interpret shared plan structures, and deliver meaningful client support throughout their journey. This position is perfect for someone who’s organised, curious, and ready to grow their expertise in equitycompensation and financial systems.Key ResponsibilitiesLearn the core capabilities of the equity platform to support onboarding and migrationsConfigure client share plans based on provided specificationsRespond to technical client queries related to plan set-up and platform useAssist in coordinating award issuance and trading processesSupport live demos and training sessions with client stakeholdersManage follow-ups and ensure prompt resolution of client issuesLiaise with product and development teams to enhance onboarding processesWhat You’ll BringBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related fieldProficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical abilityExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organised, self-motivated, and capable of juggling multiple tasksA passion for learning, especially in fintech, equity plans, and client serviceNice to HaveInternship or practical experience with financial systems, consulting, or accountingBasic coding skills (e.g., VBA) or interest in system configurationFamiliarity with IFRS 2 or an interest in equity compensation accountingBackground in data analysis, actuarial science, or mathematicsWhat’s On OfferA dynamic, high-growth fintech environment with exposure to top-tier clientsDirect mentorship and cross-functional collaboration with finance and product teamsCareer progression into senior advisory, product, or operations rolesPerformance-driven, learning-focused team cultureCompany CultureThis is a company where driven professionals thrive.
