The team is lean, agile, and values independent thinkers who take full ownership of their work while delivering excellence.Role OverviewWe are hiring a highly capable Paid Media Specialist with hands-on experience in both Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of South African agency experience and a strong track record managing international campaigns (US, UK, and SA clients). This is a client-facing, remote role suited to someone confident, accountable, and fluent in performance marketing delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, optimize, and report on paid media campaigns across Google and Meta platformsOwn end-to-end account management including strategy development, execution, and client reportingRun keyword and audience research, A/B testing, and performance optimizationsDeliver actionable insights to clients using reporting tools and dashboardsMaintain campaign health, tracking, and delivery against client KPIsCandidate Profile2-3 years of experience at a South African digital agencyProven expertise in both Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)Experience managing clients in the US, UK, and SA marketsExcellent verbal and written EnglishPresentable and confident in managing client relationships independentlySkilled in data interpretation and using metrics to inform performance decisionsNice to HaveFamiliarity with Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Events ManagerExposure to e-commerce, SaaS, or lead generation campaignsStrong sense of ownership and ability to work autonomously across multiple accounts
