Vehicle Sales Executive

Description:Drive sales of new and used vehicles to achieve monthly volume and profitability targets.Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and referral generation.Conduct customer needs analysis, present suitable vehicle options, and close deals effectively.Deliver excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process.Maintain high levels of daily activity, including calls, follow-ups, and appointments.Work closely with management to ensure optimal stock matching, deal structuring, and profitability.Requirements:45 years automotive sales experience (new and used vehicles essential).Strong track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.Ability to balance profitability in used sales with volume in new sales.Highly self-motivated, energetic, and able to operate independently.Demonstrated ability to create sales opportunities and maintain high activity levels.Must reside in or near the Fourways area.Financially driven with a strong commission-earning mindset.Able to provide six months of commission statements for vetting.Comfortable working within a high-accountability, performance-driven culture.Please note only candidates that meet the minimum requirements will be considered.
