Are you a seasoned, no-excuses Site Agent with the drive to deliver complex construction projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standard?Do you lead from the front, demand the best from your team, and hold yourself accountable for every metre of progress?We are looking for a career-orientated, delivery-obsessed Site Agent someone who knows how to run a site like a business, manage people and resources, and take full command of every aspect of project execution.Key Responsibilities:Project Delivery & Site Management:Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of building and/or civil engineering construction sitesInterpret and implement construction drawings, specifications, and project plansDrive progress, control quality, and ensure that all site activities meet contractual and technical requirementsLead daily site briefings and ensure that all teams understand priorities and deliverablesTeam & Subcontractor Coordination:Manage and motivate site teams, subcontractors, Foremen, and suppliersAllocate resources efficiently and anticipate project needs (labour, plant, and materials)Ensure that subcontractor performance aligns with contractual obligations and timelinesProgramme & Progress Tracking:Monitor construction progress against project milestonesIdentify risks, delays, or inefficiencies early and implement corrective actionsReport on progress accurately to Project Managers and senior leadership, using clear metricsHealth, Safety & Compliance:Enforce compliance with OHS regulations, environmental requirements, and internal safety protocolsConduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talksLead incident investigations and corrective action planning where requiredCost, Quality & Productivity Control:Work closely with Quantity Surveyors to manage site budgets, measure works, and track variationsEnsure that workmanship and materials meet the highest standardsDrive value engineering on-site and eliminate waste across the project lifecycleStakeholder Engagement:Liaise confidently with clients, consultants, municipal authorities, and internal teamsChair site meetings and provide professional updates on progress, challenges, and risksRepresent the company with authority, professionalism, and accountabilityJob Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile):Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent510 years experience in a Site Agent or senior site management roleProven track record in building and/or civil engineering projects (e.g. concrete structures, roads, pipelines, and commercial builds)Strong understanding of construction contracts (JBCC, FIDIC, etc.)High-level proficiency in project scheduling tools (MS Project or similar), site documentation, and construction methodologyValid drivers license and own reliable transportWillingness to travel and commit to project-based assignments across regionsHands-on, hard-edged, and completely accountableA natural leader who demands excellence from others because thats what you giveUnflinching under pressure and always two steps ahead on-siteExcellent at coordinating people, solving problems, and keeping your finger on the pulseCommitted to delivering projects youre proud to put your name onIf you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
