RESPONSIBILITY:Lead Team of Riggers for telecom / Civil Activities on Sites.Have good knowledge about Ericsson RAN equipment, power rectifiers, outdoor equipment like antennas, ...Climb ladders and towers and safely and efficiently complete various job duties at elevated heights with supervisionErect telecommunication tower components using cables, ropes, pulleys & other equipmentInstallation of cables, antennas, and other communications equipmentInstall pinwheels, structural steel, cable tray, conduits, antenna mounts, antennas, and ancillary equipment on communication towersRemove, install, and repair aerial telecommunication transmission and distribution antenna, equipment, and associated hardwareRemove, install, and repair various types and sizes of telecommunication cables and lines including fiber optic, coaxial and DC powerAbility to troubleshoot for various alarms on sites and guide riggers on tower when needed.Understand and strictly adhere to safety practices and guidelinesPerform various audits and tests, upgrades and maintenance when requiredPerform repairs and emergency repairs and restore services when requiredUnderstand instructions for the work order and plansAssist the team leader in his duties as requiredApply the rules of Health and Safety at workUtilize winches and capstan to move loads as requiredUnderstand and strictly adhere to safety practices and guidelinesUnderstand and strictly adhere to established Ericsson and customer quality requirements without deviationOther duties as assigned by team leaderBasic Requirements:Must successfully complete Ericsson’s tower training program at required levelMust be able to work outside of normal business hours (i.e., shift work), to include nights and weekends, if neededSelf-starter with desire and ability to learn and retain knowledgeMust be a team player and have excellent interpersonal communication skillsExcellent organizational and administrative skillsEffective written and oral communication skills in English language for safety reasonsAbility to exercise flexibility in challenging and/or perplexing situationsAbility to multi-task and maintain composure in stressful and demanding work environmentKnowledge of networking principals, Ethernet standards, power systems, and cable testingWorking knowledge of telecommunication construction.Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditionsYear of Experience 5+
