Key Responsibilities:- Accurately process job card costings for service and repair work- Handle full warranty administration, submissions, and follow-ups- Ensure correct labour, parts, and sublet allocations- Reconcile warranty claims and maintain required documentation- Liaise with workshop, parts, and service departments to ensure accurate workflows- Maintain compliance with OEM policies and dealership standards- Support the Service Advisor and Workshop Controller where requiredRequirements:- Previous experience as a Costing Clerk and/or Warranty Clerk in the automotive sector- Strong understanding of dealership processes and OEM warranty procedures- Proficiency in dealership management systems (e.g., Kerridge, Automate, Evolve, etc.)- Excellent attention to detail and administrative accuracy- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines- Strong communication and organisational skillsWhat We Offer:- Competitive market-related salary- Stable working environment within a premium dealership group- Opportunity to grow within a professionally run Aftersales department
