Procurement & Planning Manager

Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement procurement and supply chain strategies to support operational and commercial objectives.Negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best balance of cost, quality, and delivery performance.Manage import/export logistics, including customs processes and freight forwarding.Align production planning with sales forecasts and material availability, ensuring optimal scheduling.Oversee inventory accuracy, stock control, and the minimisation of wastage.Drive continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with ISO and health & safety requirements.Collaborate closely with sales, design, and production teams to ensure operational alignment and timely execution.Lead and mentor the planning and procurement team, ensuring strong performance and development. Qualifications and Skills Required:Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Project Management.Minimum of 5 years experience within manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, or planning.Minimum of 4 years experience in team leadership.Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.Strong understanding of ISO 9001 standards and import/export and freight processes.Whats in it for me?
