This role is ideal for someone with deep technical knowledge, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for driving service quality and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full repair process to ensure quality and efficiencyDevelop and implement systems and policies to enhance operationsMonitor trends and recurring issues to improve turnaround timesMaintain strong OEM relationships and support in-house software developmentEnsure service levels (SLAs) are met and proactively resolve performance gapsLead continuous improvement initiatives and strategic operational planningAnalyse data and generate reports to guide decision-makingDrive cost-saving initiatives and process alignmentResolve customer complaints and maintain stakeholder relationshipsRequired Skills and Competencies:Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsAbility to perform under pressure and meet deadlinesExcellent communication and stakeholder engagementIn-depth knowledge of POS software and repair centre operationsSkilled in using data to drive operational improvementsCommitted to health and safety complianceQualifications and Experience:Matric and a relevant bachelor's degree (Software Development, Operations Management, Engineering)5–8 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in repairs or warehousingProven leadership and operational excellence track recordStrong understanding of POS repair processes and softwareProficiency with ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office tools
