Key Responsibilities: Develop accurate and detailed architectural drawings, plans, and 3D models using AutoCAD.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure designs meet project specifications and standards.Prepare and review technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailing.Assist in creating cost estimations and bills of quantities using Microsoft Excel.Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.Update and revise drawings based on feedback from stakeholders or site requirements.Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation.Support project teams with technical input during planning and execution phases. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology, Draughting, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CAD Draughtsman in architectural design and estimations.Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD (2D and 3D) for creating and editing architectural drawings.Excellent Microsoft Excel skills for cost estimations, data analysis, and reporting.Knowledge of other CAD software (e.g., Revit) is a plus.Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings and calculations.Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Problem-solving skills to address design and estimation challenges.Additional Requirements: Understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes.Familiarity with local building codes and regulations (preferred).Must have a valid drivers license and own vehicleWorking Conditions: Standard office environment with occasional site visits as required.Ability to work on-site or hybrid, depending on project needs (if applicable).
