Join us in shaping the future of insurance as we continue to innovate and exceed expectations in meeting the diverse needs of our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare new business quotations and policy alterationsDevelop and issue policiesReview insurance applications for accuracy and completenessCalculate premiumsExplain policy terms and conditions to clients and offer risk management guidanceNotify clients of accounts in arrears and follow up on paymentsManage policy retentionsProcess cancellation instructions from clients and insurers when retention is not possibleConduct annual renewals and policy reviewsMaintain accurate documentation and recordsCollaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of insurance processesParticipate in continuous learning and development opportunitiesAdhere to company standard operating procedures and service level agreementsExperience and QualificationsMinimum of 7 years of experience in commercial underwriting within a binder broker environmentRE5 certificate, relevant NQF qualification, and CPD points are requiredProficiency in Cardinal C360 is essentialStrong skills in Word and ExcelMust have own transportationLocationFourways, GautengPackage & RemunerationR30,000.00 - R45,000.00 per month (CTC)
