Administrative & Invoicing Support (3 Days per Week)Location: East Rand - BoksburgSalary: Negotiable Overview:This key role is vital in ensuring the seamless execution of administrative functions, including invoicing, basic office admin, spreadsheet management, and financial process support.This is a part-time position (3 days per week plus every second Saturday), ideal for an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage responsibilities independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.Responsibilities:Process and manage invoices accurately and on timeMaintain and update spreadsheets for financial and operational trackingAssist with general administrative and filing dutiesSupport the finance team with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasksReconcile supplier and client accounts when requiredPrepare and organize documentation for monthly reportsLiaise with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve queriesEnsure accuracy, confidentiality, and consistency in all records and documentationRequirements:Previous experience in an administrative or finance support roleProficient in Microsoft Excel and general spreadsheet managementStrong organizational skills and attention to detailBasic understanding of invoicing and financial processesAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesReliable, professional, and proactive approach to workMatric (Grade 12) essential; a certificate or diploma in Administration, Finance, or Accounting would be advantageousWork Schedule:3 days per week (specific days to be agreed upon with management)Every second Saturday as part of the operational rotationDo you match up with your skills and expertise on the above?APPLY NOW with Lumina Personnel
