IntroductionThe Corporate Health Consultant will manage and grow relationships between the Scheme and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. This role is responsible for providing expert advice and support to brokers and corporate clients, driving sales, and ensuring client satisfaction within the designated industry/sector.Duties & ResponsibilitiesRole OverviewAreas of ResponsibilityRelationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and corporate clientsServe as the primary point of contact for brokers and corporate paypointsConduct regular reviews with brokers to assess needs, address issues, and explore opportunities for growthProvide expert advice and support on medical aid optionsEnsure high levels of client satisfaction and address any issues promptlySales and Business Development:Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve set targetsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated portfolioWork closely with brokers to drive new business growth and retentionClient Service and Support:Address and resolve complaints and escalations efficientlyAssist brokers and paypoints with product queries, application processes, and problem resolutionEnsure timely and effective communication with all stakeholdersTraining and Development:Conduct broker training sessions and product presentationsKeep clients informed about new products, industry trends, and regulatory changesReporting and Analysis:Establish KPIs for individual performance and monitor progressProvide regular performance reports to the Corporate Health ManagerAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategiesProvide feedback to management on market conditions, client needs, and product performanceDesired Experience & QualificationQualificationsMatric2-3 years private healthcare industry experienceExperience with brokers and/or clients in corporate industryProven sales experienceExcellent presentation and communication skillsProficiency in MS OfficeMust meet the "Fit and Proper" criteria as set out by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA)NQF Wealth Management (NQF5) qualification or equivalent essentialRE5 Regulatory Examination is preferredPersonal AttributesAction-oriented and proactiveStrong team player with excellent relationship-building skillsQuick learner, adaptable, and innovativeStrong sales and negotiation skillsSuperior verbal and written communication abilitiesStrategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHigh level of initiative and ability to work in a target-driven environmentCustomer-oriented with a focus on client satisfactionWork RequirementsExperience in the corporate broker base essentialOwn transport and valid driver license essentialWillingness to work extended and flexible hours as necessaryTravel will be required for the purpose of meeting with clients and/or stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneouslyPackage & RemunerationR35 000 CTC
