They supply a diverse range of high-end materials tailored for Interior Designers, Architects, and Shopfitters across South Africa and neighbouring countries.About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join this growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the design and construction sectors, driving sales growth, and representing a portfolio of premium products that define quality and sophistication.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, target, and engage new business opportunities within the design, architecture, and shopfitting sectors.Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, offering expert guidance on product selection and applications.Present and promote the companys luxury product range to clients through in-person visits, presentations, and design consultations.Meet and exceed sales targets, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.Stay informed about design trends, materials innovation, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and exceptional customer service.Skills & ExperienceProven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the interior design, construction, or materials sectors.Strong understanding of premium design products and the ability to communicate their value effectively.Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable managing your own sales pipeline.A valid drivers licence and willingness to travel regionally.Why JoinRepresent an exclusive and design-led product range with a reputation for quality and innovation.Work with leading designers and architects across Southern Africa.Enjoy a competitive salary and an outstanding commission structure that rewards success.
