The role: Define business requirements and ensure successful project delivery. Lead a team of Business Analysts and QA Specialists, ensuring clarity of scope, delivery discipline, and alignment with business objectives.Function as a bridge between strategy and execution, confirming that initiatives are well-planned, effectively governed, and deliver measurable impact across the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of Business Analysts and QA specialists, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of projects from requirements gathering through to delivery, ensuring quality and adherence to governance standards.Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business strategy into actionable project plans.Ensure business requirements are accurately defined, documented, and prioritised.Drive continuous improvement in delivery frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.Facilitate effective communication between business units, technical teams, and leadership.Provide regular project reporting and performance insights to the PMO and executive team.Skills & Experience RequiredProven experience in both Business Analysis and Project ManagementStrong leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at all organisational levels.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivery outcomes.Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana) and business analysis frameworks.Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.Relevant certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, CBAP, AgilePM) are desirable.
