You will ensure that their solar systems operate at peak efficiency and uphold the contractual agreements between Matriarch and our clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, balancing client needs with business objectives and pursuing excellence in all aspects of your work. Key Responsibilities:Monitor solar assets under your management on a daily basisOversee and execute all preventative and corrective maintenance activities across the sitesServe as the primary contact between clients, the Matriarch team, and external contractors to address and resolve faults promptlyDeliver a comprehensive performance report for each site to clients within the first two weeks of the following monthUpdate the Central Maintenance File with monthly performance figures and compare them against targets by the 5th day of the following monthSubmit monthly maintenance budgets to the O&M Manager by the third Friday of the current monthUpdate monthly loss attributions for all Performance Guarantee sitesEnsure monthly performance reports are accurate and sent on timeResolve system faults promptly, following correct procedures and within client SLAsBe recognised as an expert advisor to clients by demonstrating a thorough understanding of their site performancesDevelop suitable maintenance schedules and cost contract offers for clientsComplete the handover from the Projects TeamUpdate the Central Maintenance File with accurate site details, including system targetsEnsure billing sheets are accurate for the finance team's monthly billing processSet up report templates with the correct targets confirmed on TechsitterIdentify and address underperformance issues to minimise system downtimeEnsure all maintenance activities comply with the client's contractFollow invoicing and PO processes in a timely mannerEnsure planned maintenance is executed according to correct proceduresHandle loss attributions and penalty payout calculations for Performance Guarantee sitesMaintain accuracy in system targets and tariffsQualifications and Experience:QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy), Business Administration, or a related fieldExperienceStrong understanding of solar energy systems, including photovoltaic (PV) technology and its operationKnowledge of maintenance and fault resolution in solar energy systemsExperience in asset management within the renewable energy sector, particularly in solar energyProven track record in managing performance and maintenance of solar assetsHands-on experience in overseeing and executing preventative and corrective maintenance activitiesExperience liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams to address and resolve issuesExperience in preparing and delivering performance reports and managing asset registers and fault logsProficiency in analysing performance data and comparing it against targetsDemonstrated ability to serve as a trusted advisor to clients, balancing their needs with busines
