Our client, a properties specialist in the development leasing and management of commercial and industrial real estate, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Manager to join our teamThe National Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations and strategies for their products across the country. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and implement effective sales plans, build and maintain relationships with key clients, and drive revenue growth.Location: East LondonType of Job - Permanent on siteDuties:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targetsManage and lead a team of sales representatives across the countryIdentify and develop new business opportunities through networking and relationship buildingBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry professionalsMonitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunitiesProvide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior managementCollaborate with marketing team to develop effective sales and promotional materialsTrain and mentor sales team to improve their performance and achieve sales targetsParticipate in industry events and trade shows to promote company's glass productsEnsure timely and accurate delivery of products to clientsMaintain a deep understanding of company's products and services, and effectively communicate their features and benefits to clientsMeet and exceed individual and team sales targetsProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareWillingness to travel for business purposes.Minimum Requirements:Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in the hardware retail industryProven track record of successfully managing a sales team and achieving sales targetsSkills/Competencies:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation and networking abilitiesAbility to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategiesProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
