With a client-centric mission to remove financial barriers during critical legal moments, they empower over 800 of the UK's leading law firms and their clients to access justice with dignity and ease.The Role: Customer Success ExecutiveAs a Customer Success Executive, you'll be at the forefront of customer engagement, handling inbound enquiries and ensuring prospective clients experience a smooth, professional journey. You'll work across teams to qualify leads, manage pipelines, and ensure clients understand and benefit from the company's unique legal finance solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within sales or client services in a high-impact, fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesMinimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing, sales, or client service roleRespond to inbound enquiries from law firms, partners, and clientsQualify leads and guide customers through application and onboardingKeep the CRM (e.g., Salesforce) updated with accurate notes and statusesLiaise with underwriting and internal teams to progress deals efficientlyEnsure timely follow-ups to maintain momentum and close opportunitiesCommunicate professionally with clients, including those who may be vulnerableShare feedback to help improve marketing, processes, and customer experienceAbout You1-2+ years in customer success, sales support, or account managementExperience in lending or financial services is highly advantageousStrong communication skills with excellent written and verbal EnglishComfortable engaging with legal professionals and end clientsOrganised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple leadsTech-savvy, with CRM experience (or a willingness to learn)Curious, proactive, and eager to grow in a legal-fintech environmentAvailable to work Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm
