QUALIFIED BOOKKEEPER / GQEBERHARequirements:MatricFurther qualification in Finance or Accounting (preferred)Minimum of 3 years bookkeeping experienceStrong knowledge of Payroll and submissions Proficient in Sage, or Pastel Accounting packageAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsStrong attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational abilities.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial recordsLedgers, journals, and subsidiary booksReconciling and preparation of financial reports (Income statement, Balance sheet, trial balances)Process monthly payroll and salary reconciliations.Monitor fleet expenses (fuel, maintenance, other related costs)Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and supplier statements.Manage invoicing, debtors, and creditors’ reconciliations.Assist with year-end audits and liaise with external auditors.Ensure compliance with SARS and statutory regulations.Prepare ad hoc financial and operational reports as required.Salary – Market relatedAPPLICATION PROCESS:
