This role bridges strategy, relationships, and technology to deliver unforgettable experiences while supporting operational excellence and brand growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the integration and launch of new destinations and product offerings across systems and teamsManage and nurture relationships with lodges, DMC partners, and key suppliers across AfricaRepresent the company at trade shows and industry events to build partnerships and brand visibilityMonitor supplier performance, track KPIs, and share actionable insights with stakeholdersCollaborate with Sales, Operations, and Marketing to ensure product information is accurate and compellingIdentify trends and opportunities to expand and refine the product portfolioDrive innovation through process optimisation, technology, and automationAbout YouMinimum 3 years of experience in product or supplier management within luxury travel or tourismDeep knowledge of Southern and East African destinations and strong industry relationshipsExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skillsAnalytical and detail-oriented with a data-driven approach to decision-makingProficiency with travel systems such as Tourplan, Globetrack, or KaptioPassionate about African travel, conservation, and creating transformative guest experiencesProactive, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environmentWhy JoinPlay a key role in a purpose-driven brand that protects Africa's natural and cultural heritageCollaborate with a dynamic, forward-thinking team that values innovation and authenticityCompetitive salary with 4% pension contribution20 days of annual leave and flexible hybrid working arrangementsAccess to exclusive travel perks and industry rates across Africa
